1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Revtora ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Revtora provides a QR code-based customer feedback collection system that helps businesses collect Google reviews and private customer feedback through customizable QR codes and survey forms. Businesses can manage multiple physical locations with independent feedback collection and customization.


2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

2.2 Account Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


3. Free Trial

3.1 Trial Period We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

3.2 Trial Expiration If you do not select a paid plan within 7 days, your trial account will expire and access will be immediately terminated. Your QR codes will be deactivated and customers will not be able to submit feedback through your survey pages. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to return. After 30 days of inactivity, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

3.3 Trial Limitations

  • One trial per business/email address
  • Maximum of 3 locations can be added during the trial period
  • We reserve the right to refuse trials to users we suspect of abuse
  • Trial accounts have the same features as paid accounts

3.4 Trial Cancellation If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, access will be immediately terminated. Your QR codes will be deactivated and you will not be charged.


4. Paid Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans After your free trial, you may choose between:

Monthly Plan:

  • Primary Location: $29 per month
  • Additional Locations: $20 per month per location
  • Total billed monthly based on number of active locations
  • Example: 1 location = $29/month, 3 locations = $69/month ($29 + $40)

Annual Plan:

  • Primary Location: $290 per year (equivalent to $24.17/month)
  • Additional Locations: $240 per year per location (equivalent to $20/month)
  • Total billed annually based on number of active locations
  • Example: 1 location = $290/year, 3 locations = $770/year ($290 + $480)

4.2 Multi-Location Accounts

  • Each account can manage up to 10 physical business locations
  • Each location has its own unique QR code, survey page, and feedback collection
  • Primary location is the first location created and cannot be removed
  • Additional locations can be added or removed at any time (subject to proration rules in Section 4.5)

4.3 Billing

  • You will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle
  • Monthly subscriptions bill on the same day each month
  • Annual subscriptions bill on the anniversary of your signup date
  • All prices are in USD
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Billing amount adjusts automatically based on the number of active locations

4.4 Payment Methods We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

4.5 Adding and Removing Locations

Adding Locations:

  • New locations can be added at any time through your dashboard
  • Monthly plans: Prorated charges apply immediately for the current billing cycle
  • Annual plans: Contact support@revtora.com for assistance with location additions

Removing Additional Locations:

  • Additional locations (non-primary) can be removed at any time
  • Location removal is immediate and QR codes are deactivated
  • Monthly plans: Prorated credits automatically applied to your account
  • Annual plans: Contact support@revtora.com for credit processing

Primary Location:

  • Cannot be removed while the account is active
  • To close your account entirely, you must cancel your subscription (see Section 6)

4.6 Failed Payments

  • If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 10 days
  • After 3 failed payment attempts, your account will be suspended and QR codes will be deactivated
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days
  • After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted
  • You can reactivate by updating your payment method

5. Refund Policy

5.1 No Refunds for Subscription Plans All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions after the free trial period has ended.

5.2 Free Trial Protection The 7-day free trial gives you sufficient time to evaluate whether Revtora meets your needs before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to thoroughly test all features during this period.

5.3 Location Removal Credits When you remove an additional location:

  • No cash refunds are provided
  • Prorated credits are applied to your account balance
  • Monthly plans: Credits automatically applied to future invoices
  • Annual plans: Contact support@revtora.com for credit processing

5.4 Annual Plan Management For annual plan subscribers requiring refunds or subscription modifications, contact support@revtora.com. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Processing time may take up to 7-10 business days.

5.5 Exceptions Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Legal requirements

6. Cancellations

6.1 Cancellation Process

Monthly Plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@revtora.com

Annual Plans:

  • You must contact support@revtora.com to cancel annual subscriptions
  • Include your account email and reason for cancellation

6.2 Effect of Cancellation - Monthly Plans

  • No charge for the next billing cycle
  • Full access continues until the end of your current paid billing period
  • All locations (primary and additional) remain active until billing period ends
  • QR codes continue to work until the end of the billing period
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • No refunds for unused time in the current period

6.3 Effect of Cancellation - Annual Plans

  • No charge for the next billing cycle
  • Full access continues until the end of your current paid annual period
  • All locations remain active until the annual period ends
  • QR codes continue to work until the end of the annual period
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • No refunds for unused time (subject to Section 5.5)

6.4 Trial Period Cancellations

  • If you cancel during the 7-day trial period, access is immediately terminated
  • Your QR codes will be deactivated immediately
  • You will not be charged
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days

6.5 Access Termination After Cancellation Once your paid period ends after cancellation:

  • All QR codes are immediately deactivated
  • Customers cannot submit new feedback through your survey pages
  • You lose access to the dashboard
  • Existing feedback data is retained for 30 days

6.6 Post-Cancellation Data Retention

  • Your data is retained for 30 days after your paid period ends
  • You can reactivate your account within 30 days to restore access
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
  • You can export your data (CSV format) before cancellation through your dashboard

7. Plan Changes

7.1 Upgrading (Monthly to Annual)

  • You can upgrade from monthly to annual billing through your billing management portal
  • You will be charged the prorated difference immediately based on your current number of locations
  • Unused time from your monthly plan is credited
  • Your billing date changes to the upgrade date
  • Example: If you have 2 locations and are 15 days into a monthly cycle, you receive ~$24.50 credit (unused monthly time) and pay the prorated annual amount

7.2 Downgrading (Annual to Monthly)

  • You can downgrade from annual to monthly billing through your billing management portal
  • Unused time from your annual plan is converted to account credit
  • Credit is automatically applied to future monthly invoices
  • No cash refund is issued
  • Your billing changes to monthly after the credit is exhausted
  • Calculation accounts for all active locations at time of downgrade

7.3 Credit Management

  • Credits never expire
  • Credits cannot be refunded or transferred
  • Credits are automatically applied to future invoices
  • You can view your credit balance in your Stripe customer portal

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 Permitted Use You may use Revtora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree to use the Service to:

  • Collect legitimate customer feedback
  • Generate and display QR codes for your business locations
  • Manage feedback for businesses you own or are authorized to represent
  • Customize feedback collection forms and settings for your locations

8.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Collect reviews for businesses you don't own or represent
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Generate fake reviews or manipulate ratings
  • Attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
  • Collect or harvest data from the Service without permission

8.3 Consequences of Violation Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Forfeiture of any fees paid
  • Legal action if applicable

8.4 SMS Messaging Compliance

If you use Revtora to send SMS messages, you acknowledge and agree that:

a) You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary consents, permissions, and authorizations required to send SMS messages to your customers, including compliance with applicable laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar regulations.

b) Revtora does not verify end-user consent and relies on your representations that such consent has been obtained.

c) You will not use the Service to send unsolicited, promotional, or unlawful messages.

d) You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and ensuring that messages are sent only during your active subscription period.

e) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revtora from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from your failure to obtain proper consent or comply with applicable messaging laws.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership
Revtora and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revtora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 Your Content You retain all rights to the content you upload or create using Revtora (customer feedback, business information, logos, customization settings, QR codes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9.4 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Revtora, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.


10. Data and Privacy

10.1 Data Collection We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including:

  • Your account information (name, email, business name, location information)
  • Customer feedback and ratings collected through your QR codes
  • Contact information provided by customers (if they choose to share it)
  • Customization settings (logos, form preferences, rating types)
  • Usage data and analytics for all locations

10.2 Data Usage
We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your transactions
  • Send you service-related communications
  • Improve and optimize the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

10.3 Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.4 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.5 Data Export
You can export your data at any time in CSV format from your dashboard.

10.6 Data Deletion
Upon account deletion or 30 days after cancellation, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems.


11. Third-Party Services

11.1 Payment Processing
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

11.2 Google Integration
Our Service helps you collect Google reviews. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

11.3 Third-Party Responsibility
We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.


12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected immediately
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

12.2 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revtora shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12.3 AS-IS Basis
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revtora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you submit or collect through the Service

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your customer dashboard.

14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Required by law
  • We discontinue the Service

14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • You remain liable for all fees incurred before termination
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time
  • Your data will be deleted after 30 days

15. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time
  • Change features, functionality, or pricing with 30 days notice
  • Update these Terms at any time

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@revtora.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

16.3 Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.


17. General Terms

17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revtora regarding the Service.

17.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

17.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
