5. Data Retention
5.1 Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
5.2 Canceled Accounts: After you cancel your subscription:
- Your access ends at the conclusion of your paid billing period
- Your data (including all locations, feedback, and customization settings) is retained for 30 days after your paid period ends
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems
- Backups are automatically deleted within 90 days
5.3 Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).
5.4 Customer Feedback: Feedback collected through your QR codes (across all locations) is deleted when:
- You delete it manually from your dashboard
- You remove a specific location (feedback for that location is retained for 30 days, then deleted)
- Your account is deleted (30 days after your paid period ends following cancellation)
- You request deletion via support@revtora.com
5.5 Removed Locations: When you remove an additional location:
- The location's QR code is immediately deactivated
- Customer feedback specific to that location is retained for 30 days
- After 30 days, all data for that location is permanently deleted
- You can export location data before removal
6. Data Security
6.1 Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Secure password hashing
- Regular security audits
- Access controls and authentication
- Secure cloud infrastructure

Revtora facilitates the delivery of SMS messages on behalf of businesses using the Service.
Businesses using Revtora represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from their customers to receive SMS messages, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including TCPA and similar laws).
Revtora does not independently verify end-user consent and relies on the representations made by businesses using the Service.
SMS messages sent through the Service are limited to service-related, transactional, or feedback-related communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@revtora.com.
Revtora acts solely as a service provider and is not responsible for unlawful or unauthorized messaging initiated by businesses in violation of these requirements.
